Dani Zacky is the Grants Manager for Restore the Delta. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, California but has lived in the East Bay for the last 3 years. Her background is in organizing on shoreline and water related environmental justice issues. Dani received her bachelors in Geography from Cal State Long Beach and is currently working on a master’s degree from UC Davis. Growing up swimming, surfing, kayaking, and fishing throughout California, it is no wonder that state water policy and management became her passion. In her free time you can find Dani reading, playing pickleball, and spending time with her wife and dogs.
