Rallies 700 People & Raise $500,000 to Stop the Tunnels French Camp, CA- Restore the Delta (RTD), opponents of Gov. Brown’s rush to build Peripheral Tunnels that would drain the Delta and doom salmon and other Pacific fisheries, today released video of the remarks from award-winning Delta Advocates at a rally of 700 tunnels opponents last Thursday evening in French Camp.
